I'm Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You, I Love You!

I made some recent changes to my website and services overnight. What I didn't realize is that some of the changes auto-generated some emails. If you are subscribed to the Free community group like I am, you probably woke up to some unnecessary emails in your inbox like I did.
My bad, I'm sorry. Please forgive me.
Please understand that.....1. The platform I work with is very robust (there are a lot of moving pieces behind the scenes). 2. I am the entire tech department and I also handle web design (mistakes WILL be made). 3. It is never my intention to send useless updates (I find it challenging enough to get my meaningful updates delivered and read...why would I add to that?) and 4. I don't really have a fourth point, but 4 is my favorite number.
So I hope you forgive me if you received some unwanted emails as a result of the recent updates. I also found some things that were not working as expected which I'm working on fixing (like a user's ability to select which email notifications they receive, how ironic...of course that would be THE feature that's not working 🤦🏾♀️)
Please send an email to the Tech department when you encounter something on my website that is not working as it should. I promise you we will get to it as soon as possible, we are currently understaffed though (and by 'we', I mean me). Seriously, though, it helps me when you let me know! I'm not always aware of the weird things my site does.
