The Universe Has Your Back??? Does it tho? 🤔Yesterday I heard that phrase, "The Universe has your back!" and I immediately thought about family, clients and friends who have said, "I feel like my back is against the wall". And I asked the Universe, what about them? How does the Universe have their back when they feel like they have no options and life is beating them down...when their back is against the wall. And I heard my spirit team say (paraphrasing)... My Guides: "When their backs are against the wall....the wall has their back. There is no room between the wall and their back for us. No room for Spirit (God, Universe, Higher Self...whatever word you use). So they need to create that space for the Universe, by taking a step forward. Just a little space is all we need to slide in, and have their back. When your back is against the wall, take a step towards your dream, towards relief, towards your goals...and we can move into that space and support you." Me: "What about when life is so challenging that they can't find a way or don't know how to take a step towards their dreams or towards relief?" My Guides: "Then take a step of faith." My takeaway from that brief conversation was that oftentimes when I feel at my lowest, or when I'm dealing with overwhelming challenges and I feel as if the Universe is against me or at the very least, not supporting me....it's at those times when I should stop and ask myself, "Have I been trying to do this all by myself? Have I been trying to handle this with only my practical tools and skills and forgotten to leave room for spiritual tools and magic? How can I create space for Spirit to move in and support me?" It was such a great reminder! For those of you aware that I needed coverage for Magical Monday Manifestations yesterday because I was dealing with some issues, let me say that the above reflection was not because I felt like my back was against the wall. I was in a support role with a family member yesterday and my musings were about others situations, not my own. Thank you for those who have shown concern, your energy of love and support was felt throughout the day yesterday. ❤️ Now let me shift gears. It's the first of the month!! And September has quite a few exciting things going on. First up... My membership, The Magician's Way and my friend Ari's membership, Psychic Development with Ari have merged! This event is always so much fun! A little bit of irreverent humor (my specialty, lol) and lots of messages from Spirit and those who have crossed over (i.e. dead people). We are partnering with the Skylark Lounge for this event and all ticketing is being handled by them (whew!). And finally, while in Denver I will also be going to the Denver Gem & Mineral Show. Many of you know that I also have a small side business creating handmade jewelry.
